Automatic refunds

If a product cannot be delivered (out of stock, supplier error), the full amount is returned to your balance automatically.

Warranty

Products marked FW (full warranty) or W + period (e.g. W25D = 25 days) are replaced or refunded if they stop working within that period, as long as the product rules were followed. NW means no warranty after delivery.

Write to support @KeysesShopSupport with your order number and a short description or screenshot. We answer as fast as possible.

Not refundable

Delivered products that work as described, and issues caused by changing account data or violating product rules.
